30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love wearing your rescue story. If anything's wrong with your order, you have 30 days from delivery to reach us at support@furevermode.com, and we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll ship a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to mail anything back.

Size and fit. Each shirt is printed to order, so please double-check the size chart before ordering. Ordered the wrong size anyway? Contact us. We handle sizing issues case by case and we'll work out an exchange or store credit that's fair.

Changed your mind? Because every item is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If something else is going on, talk to us anyway. Our goal is a customer for life, not a single sale.

Refund processing. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at support@furevermode.com.
